Intuitive Therapeutic Massage
We begin with a clear discussion about your body, anatomical history, and your goals for the session, my hands will be listening to your "body talk." There is an intuitive conversation that takes place when I do bodywork. Whether your goals are intended for soothing massage or deep tissue massage, I will be able to attend to either and the various unique needs of each individual. With my combined knowledge and skill set I will develop a custom massage to cater specifically for you.
Deep Tissue/Sports/Functional Movement Massage
Deep Tissue/Sports Massage is a concentrated, communicative and interactive massage. It involves acupressure, myofascial release, gentile stretching and structural balancing. I will be confirming pressure depth and stretch comfortability throughout the massage. This massage entails specific, focused body work, often with an end goal. Together, we will discuss ailing issues, focus points and come up with a massage plan to aid your symptoms. Deeper forms of accupressure and compression are used to access lower layers of muscle and connective tissues. Firm pressure and gentile stretching is perfomed to release extreme, potent points on the body. Deep Tissue/Sports Massage is great for those seeking to relieve certain nerve pain due to severely hardened muscles and connective tissue. This massage is also great for active personnel who are looking to relieve tensions in order to gain greater flexibility, dexterity and postural movement.
Royal Pregnancy
For all my beautiful pregnant Queens! Royal Pregnancy massage is created to nourish and revitalize your body. Pregnancy massage is perfomed while you are in a side-laying position. Extra pillows will be provided for you to snuggle and be comfortably nested in. There are certain areas of the feet and shoulders that are contraindications for pregnant women and they will be avoided as necessary. This massage aids relief for neck, shoulders and lower back pain. Facsia manipulation can also help move excess fluids and assist in relieving swollen areas. Pressure and massage focus areas are completely customizable. I am here to give you and your little one, quality time of relaxation.
