Womb Ladies Qigong Intruduction 

An intro class dedicated to empower and renew women, focusing on the female physical and energetic body.  This is an intro class to a workshop series offered at a later time. WLQ Inro provides an insight to a tool kit for women to connect with our wombs and bodies on a deeper level, balancing and harmonizing with the constant cycles we endure. We will be looking at the female energetic body through discussion, qigong and Tibetan sound healing. The qigong exercises combined with Tibetan sound healing are excellent tools to help release the body of deep stagnations caused by trauma or stress.
