Womb Ladies Qigong Intruduction 

An intro class dedicated to empower and renew women, focusing on the female physical and energetic body.  This is an intro class to a workshop series that will be offered at a later time. WLQ Inro provides an insight to a tool kit for women to connect with our wombs and bodies on a deeper level, balancing and harmonizing with the constant cycles we endure. We will be looking at the female energetic body through discussion, qigong and Tibetan sound healing. The qigong exercises combined with Tibetan sound healing are excellent tools to help release the body of deep stagnations caused by trauma or stress. Qigong is known to increase lymph flow, balance the mind, harmonize hormones with an overall calming effect on the entire nervous system.  The practice promotes women to come to their highest self and give back to their own self, fill their cup, in order to endure the busy society today as they give to their families and communities. We will touch on womb and breast health through diet and meditative exercises. Please bring loose comfortable clothes, water bottle, personal yoga mat if desired and a  journal. You may want a small snack for after practice. I am super excited to bring this out into the community and meet all of you who are ready to explore the magic and healing that comes through our womb!
